Look at all the reviews. There is a common theme. You buy a product that is advertised as being in stock, in my case a dishwasher, you pay in full. They provide an invoice then send out automated emails, stating the item is not in stock and will take up to 14+ days to arrive. You cannot speak to anyone and when you cancel the order you are informed by an automated email it will take 7-10 days to refund your money. This does not happen!!!! In my case I have contacted the bank and provided evidence of their fraudulent practice with the many supporting negative reviews. I am still waiting for the bank to investigate. If that fails, I will be contacting the Leeds Fraud department as there is extensive evidence they are defrauding people. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
