Awful they have taken my money im a vulnerable person stuck indoors during the pandemic with 3 children and no washing machine due to a breakdown. We have now run out of clothes waiting for the washing machine. They completely ignore all my messages and dont answer the phone im genuinely worried ive been scammed with no money to purchase again elsewhere i really dont know what to do. This is really awful these people need shutting down
