No delivery info, no response to emails. I have recieved no information regarding delivery of my cooker despite their 14 day or a refund guarantee. I have emailed 4 times and had no response, despite by the forth, getting quite frustrated at the lack of communication (I would be very cautious to believe the recent reviews stating that they have recieved contact and refunds- I doubt they would be picked up and four of mine would slip through unanswered). Very frustrating that as a family we have had to manage for 3 weeks without a cooker and will now have to wait for our refund to go through with the bank before we can try again elsewhere.
