I ordered a dishwasher on the 29th of January, according to their guidelines (5-7 working days for delivery) it should have arrived by the 9th of February, however it hadn't and I'd had no communication whatsoever. Tried phoning but just got a recorded message so sent an email as directed but despite saying they would respond within 48 hours got no response to that either. I'd never heard of them before so wish I'd read the reviews before ordering - I've now ordered a different dishwasher from the same manufacturer from a reputable company and instantly got texts and emails about delivery so my guess is the order never went through even though they took my money. I have pursued it with my credit card company and will be more careful with companies I've never heard of in future!
