Ordered a fridge freezer on the 28th January. Same as a lot of reviews here. Have had no communication, cannot contact the company. They have taken my money and have not provided ANY goods or provided any level of communication. They have stopped taking any phone calls and do not reply to emails, Instagram messages or Twitter messages. Disgusting company who are blindly stealing a lot of money from people. I feel so frustrated about their service, they are still taking orders on their website despite knowing they are not sending out any goods. They need to be legally stopped.
