I ordered a washing machine and a fridge freezer 3rd Feb 21 and still no goods I've had a response to say the cancellations team will be refunding me 10-14 working days which was 18th Feb 21. After numerous emails still no refund. They emailed today to say I have to contact my card provider for a refund. They must be in administration. DO NOT ORDER
