*UPDATED to reflect great Customer Service* My original order was originally not fully shipped. I ordered 2 item#11459 and only received one in the box. Was billed for 2. Customer Service worked with me and I was able to send them a copy of my receipt that showed the part was in a 2 piece combo pack. They promptly shipped me the parts that were missing. I also ordered a TB6AC+80W charger. When I plugged it in, it was dead on arrival. Customer Service worked with me again through the RMA process and shipped me a replacement. All in all, the missing part was a misunderstanding when they picked the order, and the DOA charger was just rotten luck. The replacement is absolutely stellar and we've been getting great use out of the battery packs and the charger! Customer Service really went the extra mile once they were aware there was a problem and did everything they could to fix the issues.
