After 1 short season of use, my beanie speaker battery died. It will not take a charge this season less than a year later. Customer service says I need to keep this charged every once in a while. Who knew? They discounted a new speaker/battery combo for my beanie which I purchased. Good service, but still bummed the speaker/battery in my beanie died in less than 1-year.
