I purchased a dehumidifier, and upon opening the box, the water tank was missing. I emailed Tenergy, and when no reasons I called (total of 2-3 days). Then 3 days later the water tank was at the door. Ps: I haven?t looked at the water tank yet as I just picked it up the package.
