I could not even begin to describe how much of a headache this purchase has been, I purchased 12/4/2024 and now is 12/22/2024 and still have not received my package that I paid $175 I emailed Tenergy power and they have yet to resolve or even answer what is really taking so long. At this point I should just ask for a refund.
