Absolutely appalling customer service. Made several orders before the Corona virus lockdown began, all for items that were in stock when delivery times were 3-5 days. One item (a small bench) arrived after a week. Of a pair of dumbbells only a single dumbbell arrived after about 10 days, with no information as to what happened to the other dumbbell. All my other orders are MIA, no information or updates on their website as to what has happened and it has been over 2 weeks. No response to my emails. They suggest using Live Chat, but it is never working. Seems they have taken money for items they don't have and are just keeping it without informing customers or allowing them any kind of recourse. This is the worst customer service I have seen. Items ordered from other fitness stores after the lockdown began have already arrived.
