Terrible service, tools are good value but service in very bad. Ordered 800 pounds worth of tools i needed for a job, tools said 4 days delivery so i left about 8 days to the job for delays. Called 7 days later asking about my order as had not received it yet to find that they had forgot about it and it hadnt eveb been sent yet. I had emailed them aswell on day 5 asking but never got a reply. Im still waithing on the tools now and im down tools on this job having to make do with what i have and borrow. I understand people under pressure with covid19 but i feel like i gave more than enough space for that with 8 days for delivery. Not very happy with the service.
