I came across this company when searching for a DeWalt cordless drill to replace a 35 year old mains powered B&D. Having trawled the websites of the sheds; catalogue stores and on line retailers via Google, I was impressed not only with range available but also the prices offered - even including carriage the kit I purchased came in at just short of £150.00 - almost £50.00 cheaper than Wickes. The drill was delivered promptly and in perfect condition but without the stated dispatch confirmation email. Hardly an issue when you consider how quickly it arrived and how busy the warehouse staff must be at the moment. I was also impressed by the company's response to complaints. Not for them the bland "sorry we didn't meet your expectations, will do better next time" PR message but a personal response from their MD, Lumsden, whose replies clearly show that he has read and taken on board any justified criticism - if only they sold tents! (Some of you will understand that!) Clearly I will not be their greatest customer in terms of value or frequency of purchase but rest assured next time I do need a product they supply, this company will be at the top of my list and not at the bottom of a Google search result.
