They were cheap, um, I paid my money and they sent me the drill I ordered.
The drill appears to be exactly what i ordered and it was shipped on time
I haven't had any reason to think about it further other than my card being declined, I wrote to them to let them know, they didn't reply but it doesn't matter.
Not sure I can give much of an opinion but the drill is good (more of a reflection on Dewalt.
