I normally buy my Milwaukee gear from another company with a similar name. I accidentally ended up on their site and noticed the good price for the Milwaukee cut off tool so purchased from them instead.
From purchasing, delivery took about 10 days.
I'm assuming it was a new tool as it looked unused but that didn't explain why it wasn't brand new in a sealed box. It was in a plastic bag, rattling around in an old beaten-up box for a Bosch router. Certainly not the "new tool experience" I was expecting.
