Placed an order for some dewalt accessories. I also ordered a new Dewalt tool which included the same accessories so I tried to cancel my first order. Rang several times but to no avail then sent emails stating my request (3) but still no reply/ Then eventually a response l was trying to help them and save postage costs. Then until today after another email stating ( from me ) asking when is my order coming. They say 1/2 days delivery NOT 7 days WHY do these companies just say we don't have it in stock I completely understand. It's the way they RUN their company. Not great service, unfortunately.
