Bought a Dewalt electric screwdriver and the wrong battery- 18V instead of 12V- they emailed me letting me know that the products weren't compatible and gave me a link to the battery that would actually work with my screwdriver. Excellent customer service, speedy delivery and they were also the cheapest for both the products. Can't fault them
