We ordered a Makita Drill Kit. a Makita hedge trimmer and a Makita saw. All the boxes turned up in good time, nicely packaged but sadly when we opened the Makita 101 box set, it was missing the drill. This would have knocked their rating down to two stars. I have awarded them 4 stars because the customer service team responded very quickly, politely and the drill was quickly sent the following day. As such, whilst the shipping team initially let them down, their aftersales service was impressive.
