I've received an email and been asked to review my recent purchase. This is particularly amusing as the order is still yet to arrive.
This business is closed over Christmas and New Year which isn't highlighted at any point during the ordering process.
The order was acknowledged instantly but as yet I have nothing besides an email reply telling me it will be here on Monday or Tuesday.
I'm sure the boots will be fine, the service has been fine as long as the boots arrive, but the communication has been very poor.
