Absolute shambles of a company Reported to the energy ombudsman regarding not fitting a new meter as the screen is blank and can't be read yet sending me random monthly bills Contacted endless amounts of times trying to get another meter fitted A year later no where further with this company We have now vacated the premises 2 months ago now... Pozitive energy know this and have now sent emails lying saying they had arranged with me for a engineer to fit a new meter when I have never received any call or emails And now charging for not been able to enter the premises.... Of course because Im not there anymore and they know this I try email them. Get no where Call them. Again get no where They are the most unprofessional idiots going and that's putting it politely Now saying I owe them thousands when only 2 months ago it was £230 AVOID THIS SO CALLED COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
