Do not use this company which is also enfiniti. A shambles when our company opened the account initially, as they were using our neighbours meter to bill us. Despite trying to sort with them, We ended up reporting to the ombudsman to resolve. They cancelled bills which were incorrect and then re-instated them and chased for money and cancelled again. We have now sold the property and they are still chasing for money and will not close the account despite us sending proof of sale - this is due to the sale address differing slightly from the billing address - which they did not get correct at start of contract, despite advising several times they never amended. Will never use this company again and I urge no one else to. The stress caused is not good.
