BEWARE THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY AND ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE PROBABLY FROM THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES. I've just been cheated and I hope you don't have the same experience. I'm switching to British gas immediately. They deliberately did not set up my account in August despite my countless attempts at requesting them, so that they could impose a high tariff of 150p/day (standing charge) and 8p/day (usage charge) on my due bills. I hardly used the gas in the summer months and yet I have to pay 90 pounds per month for my pending bills from August to November. Also, everything is very shady about this company so folks please switch immediately if you don't want to be cheated like me. I wish i could give zero star or better negative ratings.
