The device has somewhat frightening looks, but the pointiness is needed for it to be precise enough. It took three rounds of removal, but I might have been able to get away with two if I was a bit more aggressive. It looks and feels great now, and the only thing I regret is not researching and finding this product earlier in my life. This should be mandatory for all men to know about, and even if the papules are normal, I'm willing to bet most would like to have them removed. The numbing cream wore off before I was done the first two times, but it probably came down to me not applying enough and being hesitant to do another application on the fly. The third time I applied it to half of the area, went to work with precision and care, and then applied it to the other half with the same focus. Good light and maybe even a work lamp with a magnifying glass could be recommended for the person to have full control and visibility. All papules are removed!
