When I got involved with PRL, it was exciting as a clinician to attend all the seminars, and to come to the center for training. Shadowing Dr. Marshall an important thing in general. Seeing the developments in the formulations, feeling connected to the pulse of the company, the evolution of the clinical work and how it informed the product line and its refinement. I even brought a colleague on board who became a major international distributor. I had some of my biggest clinical victories with the dental testing methods that Dr. Marshall co-developed with Dr. Aguilera, you dont hear about that too much anymore. I estimate amassing tens of thousands of hours practicing QRA professionally. Nowadays no one even knows who I am at the company. I dont feel the excitement. I dont feel connected to the pulse of the company, despite the good efforts at online events I see happening. A lot has changed and I miss the old PRL. I buy less products. It seems like the company has grown and is prospering. When I came online I had heard the company was grossing $40 million annually. No idea what its at now, probably far beyond that. Im probably in the minority in regards to the above opinions. Maybe one day I'll get on the private label train. Still appreciate many of your offerings. Wishing you all good health and prosperity.
