I’m a practitioner and i was charged the regular price instead of practitioner proce. I called twice to resolve the issue and I found that the customer service didn’t follow through on what they said they would. The second person I spoke with said she didn’t even see a note from the first person i spoke with who was supposed to email me a new invoice. When I asked her for a final invoice she was not very friendly then finally said she would send it. When I had questions she said she doesn’t know and the first person I spoke to would have the answers (who remains unidentified?). Anyways, it hasn’t been s very smooth process so far. I’m hoping things improve with the company and that maybe these last 2 times I interacted with someone was just a fluke.
