I have always considered PRL a 5 star company -- their new invoice now causes me to only give them a 4-star. PRL products are top notch. But now the ordering process has changed. Previously I even commented to one of their reps at a conference how I felt their ordering process online was super easy due to the order form in the box with all the stock numbers made it super easy. And the fact the products came with a full invoice including prices and another order form I felt it was the easiest company to order from & do business with. Getting the stock checked in was easy for pricing due to the full invoice in the box with all the prices on the invoice --- This whole new invoice has just made this an arduous task for pricing - not to mention the ordering process will take way much more time -- super disappointed in the change, but still extremely happy with their products
