LOVE your products! i think you can lose the obsolete and wasteful shrink wrap on bottles and even use less packing paper, since the bottle are plastic. i do NOT enjoy the ordering process. i find it confusing, unclear and hard to manage. i worked for hours on an online order to get the right (amount) of things so that i could take advantage of the heart supplements sale and not have to pay shipping, only to find that the subtotal was not the amount determining whether or not i received free shipping (very unclear!!) and so i did not and am very disappointed by the whole frustrating process. perhaps it could be simplified? or clarified at least?! thanks!
