To start with, the quality of the products is outstanding. I am a patient of Dr. Shallcross, and she is consistently impressed with the quality. Secondly, in my most recent order, my order did not reach shipping for some reason, and two days later I had not received an invoice or a fedex tracking e-mail. I was concerned about 1 item in the order that I was almost out of, and did not want to go through the weekend without. I somehow got connected with Tava, who was able to work a last-minute delivery for the Friday, and it all worked out. The service is great, too!!
