Generally excellent. Only concern is when there is default error with the Shipping address, then it is very difficult to correct ...even if it is detected within 30 minutes of the the confirmation email from info@prlabs.com. Ideally there should be a window of about 2 hours where an error in the order can be corrected. In my Order SO50950 the shipping address defaulted to San Diego when it should have gone to Miami. It was meant to be resolved that day, 30 July, but was delivered to San Diego yesterday. I am sure the Shipping Team can improve on this. Other than this, I am very impressed with the Webinars, and the speed of processing orders. The new Website Dashboard is great, only the Shipping and Billing Address fields have surprise defaults.
