Needed a pushchair urgently due to our old one failing. Pram centre had the one we wanted "in stock" so we placed order, 4days later we were told it wasn't in stock and had a 2 week lead time. We requested a refund via email but didn't receive any conformation or acknowledgement from pram centre after 3 emails and 2 failed phone attempts. The refund appeared 4 days later still with no conformation or communication of of any kind. Not brilliant have ordered one from winstanleys pramworld having wasted 9 days with no pushchair
