I ordered a travel cot and had not heard anything with regards to my item and I wanted to check when it would be delivered, so I contacted the live chat on the website and spoke to an advisor. I was told that the item was discontinued and that someone had already contacted me to tell me this. Obviously nobody had bothered to contact me to tell me this, that's why I was inquiring in the first place, and if someone so called contacted me why was the advisor telling me that they are going to process a refund for my order when I contacted them and not before when they claimed they contacted me to tell me it was out of stock? I'm disappointed at being lied to, I'm awaiting my refund now.
