We ordered a pram in April of this year, which was due to be collected on 10th Sept.
were continually told that the pram was on "next" order which it never was!
After 4 weeks of calls and a trip to the store, we had to cancel order and start looking
for a pram, 5 days before the baby was due.The service was appauling, there was no offer
of compensation. the management should be ashamed of themselves. we went to John
Lewis and had a pram delivered to our door within 4 days, at £100 cheaper, now thats what
I call service. Will never use this store again.
