It has been 3 weeks that I have not received an ergo 360 carrier.
Here is my last email to the owner this morning. Worst service I have experience yet from Keith Stark and his team. I have opened a case with Paypal and am considering logging a claim with the small claims court.
Furthermore - can someone explain to me why this firm is listed as "dormant" on Companies House? Are they paying their taxes?

Thanks for your return. I have not been sent a shipment notice or a tracking number yet.
You equally mentioned in your email dated 29/11/16: "We do have the carrier in stock and are now in a position to dispatch today for delivery tomorrow "
I have not received the item neither.
I would rather have all communication in writing since this transaction is being disputed. To sum things up as of now:
1) I have not received the item ordered several weeks ago
2) I have not received a refund
3) I have not received a proof of delivery or a tracking number
I hope we can reach a solution immediately to end this time-wasting exercise. I am protected by Paypal as you know - the question is how much more of my time you want to waste really....
