The whole delivery was a shamble

1 trouble putting item together. Do not recommend to purchase from you, emailed and drips and drop responses, called over 30 mins holding still didn't get through. Live chat no one there replying. Company is poorly organised I'm just hoping I get refund on missing item as advised.
