Customer service is appalling. They agreed to refunding the cost of a moses basket stand and would arrange to collect it. This has gone on for weeks and it still hasn't happened. They claim to have called my daughter on several occasions (once).
Buying the thing in the first place was problematic. I have never a company as bad as this
