I ordered the mama and papas Light & Sound Lotty Playmat & Gym
Product ID: 583910580195 .. it says usually post within 24 hours. Got an email confirmation that it was on its way but then the courier said its not with them. This was two weeks ago. I've not received anything and nobody is responding to any emails that I've sent nor is anyone answering the phones. I've tried hours on all the different options!
