Ordered my nursery furniture at the baby show in Glasgow. I phoned them to arrange a date when I was ready for delivery, which they said was fine to do, no hassles. Which was within 2 weeks time. They called to comfirm a date. Then called the day before to let me know if it was going to be an Am or Pm Absolutely no problem- they came at 1.21pm - flat pack boxes straight upstairs and away - all done in 10 mins max. Easy, no issues, would recommend to anyone x
