I bought a Bugaboo Donkey from Pramsy and have to say I am thrilled. Their customer service was beyond anything I have experienced elsewhere and the quality of the pram is great. I was sent an info pack beforehand advising of what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered.
