It’s disrespectful. You spend over $100 the customer help email does not work. They don’t respond to messages. It’s really like your taking a chance with your money you may or may not receive what you ordered. Love the products hate the company. I want to continue ordering but I can’t it’s torture waiting to see if you actually get a tracking number. I don’t gamble so not my thing.
