I recently bough a co-op apt in Queens and had a few weeks before I needed to move in. I did an exhaustive search on contractors who were able to paint the whole apt/refinish the floors. It was a nightmare going through tons of people who were flaky and were asking for insanse amounts of money. I found Precision Painting Plus on Angi and even though it seemed super easy with getting a quote, I decided to put in my info and give it a try. I was immediately connected with an awesome sales rep who was able to give me an affordable quote and ideal timeline of how long things would take. It was so simple and straight forward I had to go with them. Booking the days was really easy as well, my project manager worked with me every step of the way and I had access to him whenever I had any questions. The COI's were also really easy to get as they have a whole dept that handles those types of requests. In the end I was SO happy with the results, both the painters and floor refinishers were able to do their jobs in one day and everything looked amazing. They were all pros and so kind and considerate. Highly recommended!
