Exterior House Painting Job: My house is large and built into the hillside, which required extensive and tricky scaffolding. Several professional painting companies were reluctant to tackle such a massive job, while others were willing to complete the job but at exorbitant rates! However, PPP not only completed the job as promised, their rate – while not inexpensive - was relatively reasonable. As agreed, they painted all exterior structures (e.g., metal gate and fences, window trims, door trims, and retaining walls); and they repaired fascia boards damaged by termites and retaining walls damaged by sprinklers. Importantly, PPP staff and workers arrived on time, were professional in their approach to all tasks, cleaned up at the end of every day, and were responsive to my many requests as the job proceeded, especially any touch ups or repair work to be completed in support of the work. A true testament to their final product was one of my neighbors remarked that my house “looked brand new!”
