My installation required a highly reflective layer applied externally to a two storey stairwell window. Birds commenced constantly attacking their reflection in the window. I phoned the sales director and put the case to him. He said for a fee he can remove it. I asked why there was no warning about this on the website and no answer was offered. However, soon after my complaint, your website posted an independent report warning of environmental damage and bird hazard. It is environmentally damaging to spoil the environment with your lack of information. I inform anybody interested in reflective windows so they can choose to avoid using it.
