The customer service is unbelievably good. Quick responses, fast actions. Had a problem with a faulty cap I bought there and sent them a photo of it - I first got the mail from the Royal Mail that a parcel was dispatched before customer service wrote me that they're sorry and that they're not only sending a replace, but a second cap as a sorry too!
