Their delivery charge is high, as the only option is next day courier delivery. They have a countdown on the product pages, saying if you order by a certain time you'll get next day delivery. Don't believe it. The last two orders I placed weren't sent out until the next day, so they arrived a day later than expected. The website looks amateurish. There are countless spelling and grammar mistakes, and the emails they send often contain errors too. As a business owner, I'd be embarrassed to put my name to a site like that. It made me wonder if they were equally as bad in other areas, maybe they employ people to pick orders who can't count - and that turned out to be the case.
