Nice of you to ask me for a review when you have failed to answer any of my emails or phone calls about missing items from my order. I ordered 4 ration packs and included X3 ration heaters packs. I ordered an additional X3 ration Heat packs which were missing from the order. All I wanted was to speak to somebody and arrange delivery of the missing items which were for my son's DOE expedition - emails go unanswered, phone goes straight to answer phone - very poor Shame as the products you offer are very good. I'd suggest to anyone trying to order give the phone number a ring - bet you don't get through to anyone it will ring 4 times and go to answer phone.
