email to say my order was out for delivery last week, but when it did not arrive I tried contacting the seller by email but had no response, I have rung and rung so many times but there is no answer. If because of the current situation they are having health problems (I hope not) an answer machine message would be helpful or an email to customers or update on site. very disappointed.
