Placed an order over 7 days ago. Still don't know what's happening with it. They contacted me 2 days ago to say problem with dispatch as their courier says I'm not mainland (even although I am mainland!) and whether I would be willing to pay difference in courier charges. No mention of what the cost was or how to make payment! I immediately emailed back asking how much and how to pay. I sent another email yesterday and have still not had a reply to either. I've tried phoning the number but no reply and message saying basically don't phone here! Even during a pandemic this is really poor customer service I'm very disappointed.
