I had to return my pressure cooker to Tower as they recalled it because of a fault. I was unable to download the label etc online but contacted customer services who sent me the label etc via e mail.
I returned the pressure cooker free of charge and two weeks later have received a new up to date model free of charge.
Having just made my first pot of soup, the results are excellent and I thank the team in customer services for their prompt, efficient and courteous service.
I will be using my Tower Pressure Cooker for the next decade hopefully.
