Dear Bev, Chris & all the team, Thank you to all of you for the wonderful & successful installation of our new hard wood double glazed replacement windows. We are very pleased with the finished result & feel that all the windows have been matched with the old ones very successfully. As you know we were very anxious to maintain the character of the house with the replacement windows & this has been achieved. From our first meeting with Bev, we were very impressed with the professional & detailed approach to the project. She understood our concerns with a Victorian building & the necessity of replicating the style of the original windows & was very willing to visit & discuss the various options. Thank you to Chris, Patrick & Graham for all their very hard, dirty & strenuous work in installing the windows. It was a difficult heavy job & some of it very tricky & everyone worked very hard & always with a cheerful manner. We know this particular job has had some challenges but it has been a great success from our point of view & such joy to open & close windows with such ease & to see them looking so good!
