Bad warranty experience.
After receiving a phone call to inform me a part had arrived, I took the car in at the arranged time only to be told the part had not arrived.
On receiving a second phone call some 10 days later telling me the part had now arrived ,I took the car in again on to be told the wrong part had arrived.
I would like to know why you phone to arrange repair when the part was not in stock,then phone a week later when the part was wrong. Do you not check before telling customers to turn up ?Obviously not.
Buy why should you,it's not your time your wasting travelling back and forth. Terrible service that could easily be rectified BY CHECKING FIRST. !
